Potty Training
We've officially started potty training! Right now it's about as effective as herding cats, but we have potties and they sit on the potties about 4 times a day. Our goal is to be diaper free by their 2nd Birthday.
Language acquisition continues. Libby is amazing us with how many words she's learning each day. It was just "yesterday" that she only knew 3 words! She now says "socks" (sounds like "ocks") and "doll" and just about anything you say to her.
Henry's new word is "firetruck" (sounds like "firefire"). He's obsessed with firetrucks and seeks them in books and looks for them out the window.
And even though we said we wouldn't teach them sign language, I've been teaching them the sign for milk -- and they use it now! Anytime they want a drink, they make the sign for milk. I'm shocked that they remember it....I guess it does work.Comments:Add a comment:
